I recently got approached by Simon Taylor, Founder and Editor of Hotel Insight to answer a few questions on social media and my thoughts on his industry using it. Simon has set up Hotel Insight in his spare time and has a great amount of experience in the hospitality industry and thought blogging would be an ideal way to share his passions and expand his online network.
